Hi I’m Erika. I’m 37 and I live in New Jersey, United States. I’ve been suffering from long Covid since January of 2022 after having Covid twice in December of 2021. Although getting an actual diagnosis of long Covid here in the US in next to impossible. Doctors don’t even want to say it let alone attempt to treat it. My main symptom is a migraine everyday for 20 months straight with no relief. I also get lightheaded, dizziness, fatigue, muscle aches, insomnia, gait disturbance as if I cannot walk straight, motion sickness, constant tinnitus, pain in my sinuse/face,I get so easily over stimulated. And of course all of this has led to depression and anxiety. I have even had to walk out of grocery stores and restaurants at times. Previously I was a very active, happy person never felt anxious, loved my job. I enjoyed hiking with my dogs, kayaking, hot yoga, bike riding, boating, riding with my husband on his Harley motorcycle. I have had to give all of this up. People say be positive but it’s so hard when everything that used to bring joy is now out of reach. I’ve seen many traditional doctors and have seen holistic doctors. Tried all the meds and all the supplements and really nothing has helped. I wanted to share that I just started ozone therapy. Here it is called high dose ozone with ubi. Basically they pull blood out run it through an ultraviolet light add ozone and blood thinners and then return it to your body through the iv. I have only had one treatment so far but I felt amazing the following 48 hours after treatment. I will have four more treatments one a week and hopefully have some long term relief. It was very expensive and not a lot of doctors offer it here. If it’s something that you can find near you I suggest at least a consult with a doctor who offers it. I’m cautiously optimistic. Wishing everyone can find something that help them with this terrible illness we are dealing with.

Hello, I also get awful migraines. My headache specialist recommended Botox shots for them and they have helped tremendously. I just had my third round of them and I definitely notice a difference
