The question for today is:
What have you found has been the best thing for your recovery?
Working out, going for low incline walks and yoga. Also pushing myself to talk to friends and family. It can be really difficult at times, because of the chronic fatigue and severe sensory overload. But these small changes have helped with energy and staying more positive. Just try to balance, don’t overdue it. Give yourself grace and understanding ♥️
